AI Sales Intelligence

Context

A US enterprise software company sells complex products into large accounts through a distributed sales organization. Every deal began with the same manual research, and the quality of that research depended entirely on who picked up the account.

The challenge

Give every seller the account knowledge the best sellers assembled by hand, without adding a research team, and without producing confident text that nobody could verify.

What we built

An AI layer on top of the company’s existing opportunity records. For each account it gathers firmographics, technologies in use, hiring and expansion signals, and competitive presence, then writes the artifacts a seller actually uses: a company brief, call preparation notes, a battle card, and drafted outreach emails. Every claim carries a citation back to the source it came from, and unverified statements are labeled rather than blended into the prose. Generation quality is measured by an evaluation harness that runs against real accounts, with cost per generation tracked alongside it.

Results

Sellers open an account and find the research already done, with sources they can check before quoting anything. Deal preparation that used to take an afternoon starts from a draft. Because every claim is traceable, the sales team treats the output as a starting point it can trust instead of text it has to verify from scratch.
