A European real-estate agency

Real-Estate CRM Automation

Context

A European real-estate agency runs its sales process on a CRM platform its agents already used for contacts and deals. Property information lived somewhere else: listing tools, spreadsheets, and the memory of whoever handled the building last.

The challenge

Agents needed the property and the deal in one view. Instead they switched between systems in the middle of a call, and the CRM slowly filled with duplicates, half-filled records, and listings that no longer existed.

What we built

An automated link between the agency’s property data and its CRM. Listings flow in with their attributes attached, so a deal record shows the property without anyone retyping it. Inside the CRM, agents see a compact deal card holding the details they ask for most, next to the contact they are speaking to. Behind that, scheduled routines keep the data honest: duplicates flagged and merged, stale records marked, required fields enforced at the point of entry instead of in a quarterly cleanup.

Results

Agents work from one screen instead of three, and the property details they quote come from the same source every time. The CRM stays usable without a manual cleanup, because the hygiene work runs on a schedule. New listings show up where the sales team already works, minutes after they exist.
